Invitation to a public meeting
on Monday 18th July and Tuesday 19th July, 4pm to 8pm at Hampton Pool
to view the plans for the development of
A community pool for the next 100 years!
Hampton Pool is nearly 100 years old and is a unique, community gem. Please help us further develop the pool to keep everything that makes it special, whilst making the transformational changes necessary to ensure that this wonderful asset is here for the next 100 years, for all generations and members of our community.
Hampton Pool Trust is set to make a multi-million-pound investment into the pool, which includes an enormously generous £100,000 donation from the Dowler family along with funds raised from the Hampton Pool Summer Picnic Concerts, a contribution from YMCA our management contractor and grants. We want to develop the pool to be an economically sustainable and inclusive facility and we have spent five years working towards realising this goal. What do you love about the pool? What would you change? Please come and see the Hampton Pool Trust’s building development plans and help us further shape that plan.
Hampton Pool Trust (HPT) is conducting a public consultation about the building plans on Monday 18th July 4pm to 8pm and Tuesday 19th July 4pm to 8pm at Hampton Pool. On both evenings the plans for Hampton Pool will on display with members of Hampton Pool Trust, the architect Will Wimshurst and members of our management contractors YMCA, on hand to answer any questions. Your comments will help to fine tune the content and direction of the plan to best meet the needs of current and future users of this unique local facility.
